Your unique travel experience begins before you even leave for the airport. Approximately one week before you leave for your Panama Vacation, you receive your detailed vacation package itinerary that includes all important logistical details as well as the contact information for the Tour Operator(s). Scott also provides you with his mobile phone number so that you can contact him by text or phone call at any time throughout your trip.
Approximately three days before your departure, we schedule a travel briefing by phone that generally lasts about 30 minutes. The intent of the briefing is to address any last minute questions you may have and go through the itinerary on a day by day basis. That helps to ensure you have a complete understanding of where you are going and what you are doing on each day of your vacation.
Upon arrival in Panama you will be met by your personal driver who will be holding a sign with your name on it. The driver will also be wearing a shirt with the logo of the Tour Operator so that you can easily identify him/her. Your driver will assist you with your luggage and accompany you to the vehicle. At that point you will go directly to your hotel. This is a private transfer so you will not have to wait for other people or have to stop at multiple hotels on the way. This private customized package is designed to provide the ultimate in convenience and comfort so that you can fully enjoy your vacation from the moment you arrive in Panama until you are dropped off at the airport for your return flight home.
Throughout your vacation your driver / guide will meet you in the lobby of the hotel for all transfers and day tours so that the process is consistent and convenient to make things as easy as possible while you enjoy your vacation.
