The first thing our clients notice about working with Panama Travel Consultants is they are amazed at how flexible our customized vacation packages are. All of our packages are completely tailored to your travel dates and specific individual interests for places to visit throughout Panama and things to see. The only thing we will not do is herd our valued clients around like a group of cattle. While some of the day tours included in your vacation package are inherently group tours, at the end of the day you take a private transfer back to your hotel on your own schedule.

Since we are creating YOUR perfect vacation-of-a-lifetime at precisely the time of the year you want to travel and we are literally putting the pieces together during our consultation, most of our advertised packages do not have prices shown. Once we finalize your itinerary to match your exact requirements we confirm availability and get the price quote from the local Tour Operator in country. Because we work directly with the Tour Operators in country, this ensures we provide the very best value for your private customized vacation package at a price similar to large-group tours.

What our clients like best about working with Panama Travel Consultants is that creating the perfect trip-of-a-lifetime is a collaborative effort.  After we receive the initial inquiry we call the prospective client to discuss the perfect vacation package in terms of personal interests, types of activities, and locations throughout Panama where the client wants to travel.  Often clients only know of the Panama Canal so we spend much time educating about the many wonderful places to visit in Panama.  Other times travelers have a good idea as to where they want to visit so we leverage our expertise in arranging the best itineraries from a logistical perspective to create the perfect vacation package itinerary.
